CounselDebates is an adversarial AI preparation platform built for lawyers, firms, legal teams, and legal education.
We help legal professionals pressure-test arguments before the real room — before a client meeting, regulator response, negotiation, deposition, hearing, trial strategy session, or internal case review.
CounselDebates gives attorneys access to specialized AI agents that can simulate opposing counsel, judge-style questioning, witness scenarios, regulatory pressure, jurisdiction-specific legal frameworks, and adversarial issue spotting.
The goal is simple:
help legal teams sharpen arguments, expose weak points earlier, and prepare with more confidence.
Built for Modern Legal Strategy
Legal teams are being asked to move faster, manage more complexity, and reduce unnecessary outside-counsel cycles.
CounselDebates was designed for that environment.
Our platform supports preparation across traditional legal matters as well as emerging areas such as:
- Crypto and digital assets
- Blockchain and tokenization
- Fintech and payments
- AI and technology disputes
- Regulatory and enforcement matters
- Multi-jurisdictional legal strategy
- Commercial, civil, and standard case preparation
Whether a firm is preparing for litigation, reviewing a regulatory position, training associates, or pressure-testing a client strategy, CounselDebates provides a private simulation layer before real-world escalation.
AI Agents for Legal Preparation
CounselDebates uses role-based AI agents to create structured legal debate and preparation environments.
These agents may include:
Opposing Counsel
Challenges arguments, attacks weak points, and forces attorneys to defend their position under pressure.
Judge Intelligence
Simulates judge-style questioning, procedural concerns, evidentiary issues, and neutral review.
Witness Intelligence
Helps prepare witness scenarios, credibility challenges, cross-examination risks, and testimony strategy.
Bench and Regulatory Intelligence
Supports jurisdiction-specific regulatory frameworks, enforcement theories, and multi-jurisdictional adversarial prep.
These agents are designed to support legal preparation — not replace professional judgment.
Designed for Firms and Legal Teams
CounselDebates includes firm-level tools for managing users, cases, simulations, exports, training workflows, and internal review.
Firm administrators can invite lawyers, create controlled workspaces, manage access, run debate tests, compare preparation performance, and decide which data is retained, exported, or deleted.
The platform is built for practical legal operations:
- Private firm workspaces
- Lawyer member access
- Case and matter simulation
- Firm-admin controls
- Debate history options
- Export-before-deletion workflows
- Training-data opt-in controls
- Internal review and preparation workflows
CounselDebates gives firms a way to turn legal preparation into a repeatable internal advantage.
WOTA Rewards and Provenance
CounselDebates is part of the broader WOTA ecosystem.
Eligible users may earn WOTA through approved platform activity, such as opting in selected debate data for use as AI-agent training data.
Rewards may be applied toward platform services at published redemption rates.
WOTA rewards are not interest, yield, deposits, stablecoins, cash equivalents, or investment returns.
AI-agent activity may also be tokenized on Base for provenance, helping support transparency around agent-powered workflows within the WOTA ecosystem.
Important Notice
AI agents can make mistakes.
CounselDebates is a legal preparation and simulation tool. It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or professional services.
No content generated by CounselDebates should be treated as a substitute for attorney review, professional judgment, or independent verification.
Lawyers and firms remain responsible for reviewing outputs, validating important information, and applying their own legal expertise.
Our Mission
Our mission is to give legal teams a sharper preparation layer for the age of AI, crypto, tokenization, and complex regulation.
CounselDebates helps attorneys rehearse the hard questions before they matter most.
Prepare harder. Argue sharper. Find the weakness before the other side does.
Important notice
CounselDebates is a productivity and research-support tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Users are responsible for reviewing all output carefully and, when appropriate, escalating work to a licensed attorney.

The Firm plan includes the first 5 lawyer seats. Each seat includes 50 AI debate chats per month for argument preparation, matter review, motion strategy, deposition prep, and case theory testing.
Additional lawyer seats can be added for $50 per seat, per month, and each added seat includes 50 chats per month.
When a lawyer needs more usage, the firm can add another 50-chat block for $50. Usage is tracked by lawyer, matter, and workspace activity, then reflected in the firm’s usage billing card for clear monthly visibility.
Activity tracking is designed to help firms understand preparation effort, review cadence, and workspace usage. It is not automatically treated as official billable time. Each firm decides how, or whether, CounselDebates activity supports internal review, client reporting, or billing decisions.
